Shipping
DOMESTIC & US SHIPPING
We offer Xpress & FREE Canada Post delivery on all orders within Canada (2-3 business days) and all orders in the US (3-4 business days).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are delivered via Canada Post and processing times will depend on the country that the order has been placed in. Please note that some orders shipped from Canada may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery, as import fees are out of our control.
United States and Canada
Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
Other international shipments
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Payments
We have a variety of different payment methods to make your purchase even more convenient. Your payment method will be charged at the time you place your order.
Credit Card or Debit Visa Card.
We do not accept prepaid credit cards, Visa/Mastercard gift cards, or Discover cards. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank.
PayPal
Simply click the PayPal option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected back to our site.
You can simply enter the discount code by clicking on the Have a discount code? button found in your cart. A limit of one discount may be applied to each order.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer 14-day returns for all customers. Please note that we will provide you with a prepaid return
label. For returns, a total of $20 will be deducted from the total refund amount. As for exchanges,
Treasure will pay for the return label.
The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. Items must be in their
original condition to qualify for a return. Items returned must be shipped in all original packaging.

exchange window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. Item must be in original
condition to qualify for an exchange. Items exchanged must be shipped in all original packaging.
Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive your product back. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!
All custom orders are final sale.
Product Care & Materials
Cleaning is simple and easy!
- Mix a mild liquid dish soap with warm, not hot water.
- Soak the jewelry in the soapy mixture for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Rinse the jewelry with warm water. You can also use a very soft toothbrush to clean any hard-to-reach areas.
- Dry the jewelry with a polishing/microfiber cloth.
Treasure only uses diamonds that are ethically sourced and are certified by the Kimberley Process.
Treasure sources its diamonds from a network of trusted suppliers and ensures all diamonds are mined and shipped in the most ethical way.
Treasure uses recycled gold as we work with trusted and audited suppliers. The gold is certified by RJC (Responsible Jewelry Council), which means it’s produced with strict ethical standards and has full traceability.
Our warranty covers up to 6 months from the date of purchase of any damages or defects
resulted from the workmanship of the jewelry. We are confident that our products will last you
forever and we stand behind our products. Our 6 months period is to give you some peace of
Mind. Our warranty does not cover lost pieces, improper storage of a piece, or any modification made to
a piece by a third party.
Due to the nature of wear and tear, we will be offering a repair service and the price estimation
will be quoted depending on what needs to be done. We also offer cleaning and other services
such as resizing of rings and lengthening/shortening of necklaces and bracelets. Should you

All our products go through quality control before they’re shipped out. If for any reason you are
facing any issues when you first receive your order, please send your order number and a photo
of the incorrect or defective piece to contact@mytreasurediamonds.com. Our Customer Service Team
will be happy to help resolve this for you right away!
